At Mimi Flower Shop, we are committed to ensuring that your floral arrangements arrive fresh and on time. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery in:
• Miami Beach
• Miami
• Aventura
• Surfside
• Bal Harbour
• Sunny Isles
• North Miami and surrounding areas
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact us at mimiflowershopus@gmail.com before placing an order.
2. Delivery Times
We offer same-day and next-day delivery:
• Same-day delivery: available for orders placed before 1:00 PM EST
• Next-day delivery: available for all orders placed after the same-day cutoff
• Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM
We do not guarantee exact delivery times, but we do our best to accommodate specific requests.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees vary based on the recipient’s location and will be calculated at checkout. Some locations may qualify for free delivery during promotions or minimum purchase thresholds.
4. Recipient Availability
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the flowers at the specified time and address. If no one is home:
• We may leave the arrangement at the door (weather-permitting)
• With a neighbor or building staff (if applicable)
• Or contact the recipient to coordinate a redelivery (additional fee may apply)
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Mimi Flower Shop is not responsible for:
• Late or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses
• Additional costs incurred due to redelivery or re-routingPlease double-check delivery details before submitting your order.
6. Extreme Weather or Unforeseen Events
In case of extreme weather, road closures, or unforeseen events, delivery may be delayed. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a rescheduled delivery at no extra cost.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once the order has been delivered, you may receive a confirmation via email or text (if enabled during checkout). If you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours.
